I am a Masters level qualified pluralistic counsellor and psychotherapist offering therapy for adults and teenagers, and teen/parent sessions in Dublin and online nationwide. Many people seek therapy when anxiety, low mood, loss, or life changes begin to feel unmanageable, or when old patterns no longer fit and something needs to shift. Often, people come feeling overwhelmed or stuck during times of emotional distress, relationship difficulty, or major life transitions. I offer a supportive space where clients can slow down, be heard, make sense of their experiences, and find more meaningful ways of living, whatever has brought them to therapy.
I work with adults, teenagers, and their parents, offering a safe, confidential and welcoming space to explore emotional difficulties, life transitions, and personal challenges. Teens & Parents
I work 1:1 with adolescents facilitating safe and open conversation about the challenges they face. Our work together aims to build resilience, boost confidence and support good decision-making. Sessions with teens and their parent(s) offer space to navigate challenges together, improve communication, and build stronger, healthier relationships. Through guidance and understanding, I help families grow with confidence and connection.
